The Nanning Longguang International Project is situated at the southeast corner of the intersection between Wuxiang Avenue and Pingle Avenue in Nanning, Guangxi. This large-scale super high-rise urban complex combines office spaces, commercial areas, and entertainment facilities.
The total construction area covers approximately 288,000 square meters, including a basement area of 91,000 square meters. The main tower rises 62 floors and reaches a height of 278 meters above ground, while the auxiliary tower has 36 floors and stands 191 meters tall. Additionally, the commercial podium consists of 3 floors above ground and 4 basement levels.
