1. Exhibition Overview

The 16th Shanxi Real Estate Expo and the 2018 China Shanxi International Prefabricated Building Expo were grandly held at the China (Taiyuan) Coal Trading Center from October 26 to 28, 2018.
This major event received strong support from leaders of government departments, including the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government, the Shanxi Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Shanxi Real Estate Industry Association, along with well-known enterprises in the decoration materials industry nationwide.

The exhibition focused on showcasing the latest innovations in door and window profiles, green building decoration materials, and more. It invited government units from Shanxi and nearby regions, building material markets from various cities and counties, as well as existing and potential buyers (expected to reach 100,000 visitors), research institutes, design institutes, municipal management, wholesalers, purchasers, distributors, agents, contractors, real estate developers, construction companies, and news media to visit and negotiate.

The goal was to build a platform for communication between supply and demand through exhibition displays, investment negotiations, technical seminars, and information dissemination.

2. Exhibition Advantages

The provincial government organized delegations from city and county government units, government engineering projects, and design institutes across Shanxi Province to attend the exhibition.
The Provincial Real Estate Industry Association arranged special matchmaking meetings for developers, engineering and construction companies, and decoration design firms from various cities in Shanxi.

Professional transportation was provided by 58 buses from multiple cities and counties within the province, accommodating about 8,000 agents and dealers. The buses departed from building materials and hardware markets in various cities (please contact the organizing committee for detailed routes).

Thanks to previous visitor statistics, extensive promotion by major media outlets, and this year’s efforts, the exhibition attracted over 100,000 visitors.

3. Exhibition Scope

Building Industrialization Process: Industrialized building design, consulting, training, PC building molds, prefabricated component production and circulation systems, equipment, steel processing machinery, embedded parts and accessories, forming tools, prefabricated component products, prefabricated concrete components, concrete chemicals, reinforcement new materials, building templates, interior and exterior wall panels, and prefabricated component supports.

Modular Architecture: Prefabricated steel structure systems, heavy and light steel structures, modular housing, steel structure construction and welding technology, fire prevention, corrosion prevention, and waterproofing materials and technologies for steel structures. Also includes steel structure design covering various building steels such as steel plates and steel pipes.

Wooden Structures: Environmentally friendly wooden buildings, bamboo structures, wooden structure materials, wooden houses, production and processing equipment, wood protection agents, wood-plastic landscape profiles, building energy conservation, new wall materials, insulation, decorative materials, and related industry products.

Integrated Houses: Prefabricated PC residential buildings, passive houses, photovoltaic integrated houses, grid membrane structures, color steel movable houses, modular lifting houses, folding box-type container houses, new tile materials, antique buildings, mobile toilets, tents, sunrooms, fasteners, and various types of color steel plates.

Modern Building Equipment and Facilities: Concrete products and prefabricated PC components, edge formwork, dry mortar, concrete admixtures, plaster, mortar equipment, building material processing machinery, permeable brick and wall material processing machinery, lime and gypsum product machinery, construction elevators, aerial work vehicles, formwork systems, multifunctional scaffolding, pump trucks, conveying pumps, forklifts, and more.

Other Materials: New wall materials, energy-saving insulation, new coatings and waterproof materials, fireproof building decoration materials, exterior wall decoration materials, green pipes, doors and windows, stone, ceramics, glass, and similar products.

6. Exhibition Booth Configuration

Each standard booth includes three side panels, bilingual company fascia boards (Chinese and English), two spotlights, two chairs, one negotiation table, 220V power sockets, booth carpets, and complimentary Chinese and English introductions in the exhibition catalogue.

Exhibitors requiring special booths or additional electrical, water, and compressed air supplies should contact the International Exhibition Center’s construction office in advance. All related costs must be borne by the exhibitor.

7. Exhibition Procedure

1. Exhibitors must complete the “Registration Form for Participation/Exhibition” in detail, affix their official seal, and submit it to the organizing committee. Booth fees must be transferred to the designated account within 7 days. Booth allocation is arranged based on payment order and subject to availability.
2. After payment, exhibitors must send the bank remittance receipt to the organizing committee for verification.
3. All exhibitors must be legally registered manufacturers within China. No counterfeit or substandard products are allowed. Violations may lead to disqualification by the organizing committee.
4. Upon confirmation, the organizing committee will send the “Exhibitor Membership Notice” to participants 30 days before the event.

8. Sponsorship and Advertising Program

To maximize comprehensive publicity and business interaction, the expo plans to recruit three sponsoring units. Sponsors should be large-scale enterprises with strong financial standing, reliable product quality, and high industry reputation.
