Where to Register for the BIM Exams in Wuhan and Xi’an
Recently, the editor of BIM Construction Network has received numerous inquiries from friends in Wuhan and Xi’an regarding local BIM certification exams. Today, we will provide a brief overview to assist everyone.
In recent years, BIM technology has rapidly advanced. Beyond the traditional first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, second-tier cities such as Wuhan, Xi’an, and Hangzhou are also progressing swiftly in BIM development, showing great potential to catch up. This clearly demonstrates that BIM technology has become a major trend in the national construction industry.
Regarding the National BIM Level Examination, BIM Construction Network has successfully organized ten sessions and earned recognition as an excellent exam center, receiving high praise from exam organizers multiple times. Through collaboration with various parties, BIM Construction Network has established two new BIM level exam centers in Wuhan and Xi’an to make the exams more accessible to students in these regions. Exam Dates for BIM Levels in Wuhan and Xi’an:
Level 1 Exam: June 9, 2018 (Saturday)
Level 2 Exam: June 10, 2018 (Sunday)
Note: Both Level 1 and Level 2 exams take place in the morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Level 2 exam includes three specializations: Architecture, Structure, and Equipment Design.
Registration Deadline:
The deadline to register for the BIM exams in Wuhan and Xi’an is May 10th.

Important: The Wuhan exam site only accepts registrations for the BIM Level 1 exam, with a limited quota of 25 candidates. In contrast, candidates in the Xi’an area can apply for both Level 1 and Level 2 exams.
Registration Fees:
The fee for both Level 1 and Level 2 exams is RMB 350 per person.
Important Notes for Candidates:
1. Each candidate must complete a registration form provided by BIM Construction Network when registering.
2. Photo requirements: The photo must be a clear headshot with a white background, no hats, taken by a professional photo studio. The size should be between 20KB and 60KB, with dimensions of 250×350 pixels. The file must be in JPG format and named with the candidate’s ID number.
3. Candidates who were deemed identical in the 11th exam session are not allowed to register for this exam. Exam centers in remote western regions require students in financial need to provide proof of poverty, which will be archived by the exam center. Such candidates may be eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee.
4. After payment, candidates must send a photo of the original payment receipt to BIM Construction Network.
