In AutoCAD 2015, you need to re-associate dimensions with objects. This can be done by using the DIMEASSOCIATE command, which is located in the Annotation panel under the Annotation tab on the ribbon.
After running the command, follow the on-screen prompts carefully. Once the process is complete, make sure to adjust any relevant parameterized values as needed.
