Solution:
Once an FTP site is activated, you will receive an email containing the FTP details, which typically include:
- FTP site link
- Username
- Password
- Additional FTP-related information
Follow these steps to access the FTP site:
- Open Windows Explorer by clicking Start > My Computer or by pressing Windows key + E.
- Right-click and copy the FTP connection link provided in the email.
- Paste the copied FTP link into the address bar of the Windows Explorer window and press Enter.
- To upload a file, simply drag and drop it into the FTP folder window.
- To download a file, drag it from the FTP window to a folder on your local computer.
The address bar should display a location similar to:
ftp://apsportal.autodesk.com/CASE_NUMBER/
