Answer:

Follow these steps to transfer viewpoints between Navisworks files:

1. Open the Navisworks file from which you want to export the viewpoint.

2. Open the Save Viewpoints window. Right-click within the window to open the shortcut menu.

3. From the shortcut menu, select Export Viewpoint. This will open the export dialog box.

4. Choose the location to save the XML file and specify a file name. Then save the file.

5. Next, open the Navisworks file where you want to import the viewpoint.

6. Again, open the Save Viewpoints window. Right-click anywhere within the window to access the shortcut menu.

7. Select Import Viewpoint from the shortcut menu.

8. Browse to the saved XML file, select it, and import the viewpoint into the current file.
