BIM Software Tip: Discoveries in Revit 2015
Recently, while working on a model in Revit 2015, I noticed a subtle improvement in the display quality. The “Anti-Aliasing Smooth Lines” feature helps curves and dashed lines appear smoother by reducing jagged edges. In my experience, this enhances the clarity of line drawings significantly.
Step 1: Go to the options menu and enable the “Anti-Aliasing Smooth Lines” setting under graphics.
Step 2: In the properties dialog box, open the graphic display options. Make sure to enable both “Anti-Aliasing Smooth Lines” and the corresponding checkbox to see a clearer comparison.
Below is a comparison demonstrating the difference this setting makes.
