BIM Software Tip: Using Drag and Drop with the Revit Work Plane
After drawing the stairs, you may need to fix areas where the stairs are not generated automatically.
To make these repairs easier, it is common to set up a work plane. You can click the display to view the exact location of the work plane.
When configuring the work plane, you can use the drag-and-drop feature. Adjusting the work plane’s range helps prevent issues such as the area being too large or the picking line being hidden when selecting edge lines.
