On the afternoon of June 29th, the unveiling ceremony for the “Caiwei Junhua Shandong International BIM Talent Training Base” and the “Ministry of Industry and Information Technology BIM and Construction Industrialization Talent Training Demonstration Base” was held in the Industrial Center Lecture Hall at Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology.
During the event, Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Beijing Caiwei Junhua Education Consulting Co., Ltd. Attendees included Dean Liu Guiyu, Vice Dean Ding Wenli, Chairman Guo Shuting of Beijing Caiwei Junhua Education Consulting Co., Ltd., Executive President Zhang Shengmin, and Wang Jisheng from the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Liu Guiyu delivered a speech, with Ding Wenli serving as the host. During the ceremony, Liu Guiyu presented guest professor appointment letters to Guo Shuting and Zhang Shengmin. Following this, Ding Wenli and Guo Shuting signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the school and the enterprise.
More than 300 teachers and students from the Continuing Education and Training Department and the Department of Architectural Engineering attended, alongside representatives from twelve enterprises, including the Shandong Xinxing Architectural Planning and Design Research Institute.
In her speech, Liu Guiyu highlighted that the partnership between Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology and Beijing Caiwei Junhua Education Consulting Co., Ltd. represents a pioneering effort to innovate the college’s talent training model. The establishment of these two high-end training bases at the college will improve the relevance and adaptability of architectural professional training, meeting the talent demands of the modern construction industry.
She expressed hope that both parties will continue to uphold the principles of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, working hand in hand to build a promising future.
Guo Shuting spoke on behalf of the enterprise, delivering a special report titled “Promoting BIM Vocational Education in China through the Talent Capability Platform of Industry-Education Integration.”
Additionally, Zhang Jianjun, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Binfu Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., presented a report on “Assisting the Transformation and Upgrading of the Construction Industry.”
The “Caiwei Junhua Shandong International BIM Talent Training Base” and the “Ministry of Industry and Information Technology BIM and Construction Industrialization Talent Training Demonstration Base” are the first and only international BIM talent training bases in Shandong Province. These bases will collaborate with majors such as construction engineering technology, construction engineering management, building decoration engineering, and municipal engineering.
They will introduce advanced BIM educational systems from the UK and cultivate localized 5T talents who integrate industry, academia, research, and practical application.
