The journey of learning BIM, as illustrated above, often begins with professionals from various traditional construction roles who are either self-motivated or assigned to explore BIM technology. At this initial stage, they typically face numerous challenges and engage in deep reflection. The questions seem endless, and it is common to encounter unsolvable problems—after all, how many professions can one person fully master?
This phase can feel overwhelming, almost like being thrown into a daunting situation. However, it is precisely at this point that true intellectual growth begins. Unfortunately, most people remain stuck here, unable to progress further. Moving beyond this stage requires significant courage to let go of old habits and a strong desire to acquire new knowledge.
