This bungalow is situated on a narrow rectangular plot in a newly developed residential area on the outskirts of Nicosia. The surrounding buildings feature a variety of architectural styles, appearances, and sizes, providing a diverse backdrop that inspired the creation of a unique architectural language for this home.

The house is designed with a table-like layout positioned at the front of the plot, maximizing the garden area behind it. The structure is capped with a cast-in-place concrete ceiling that shields all openings from sun and rain, while also providing shelter to the surrounding outdoor spaces.

A 4-meter-long canopy extends from the garden, creating a covered walkway supported by a distinctive concrete cylinder. This feature adds grandeur and balanced proportions to the outdoor space.

The interior layout is divided into two distinct zones: the west side houses the bedrooms, designed to capture the refreshing summer evening breeze; the east side serves as the living area, featuring a large open room with scenic views.

Running through the entire residence is a 17-meter-long exposed concrete wall. This wall serves as a sculptural centerpiece and provides privacy between the two living zones, which are connected by just two openings.
