SPARK’s design team collaborated closely with the Sanmar owners to capture key elements of their vision. The undulating terrain emerged as a central theme throughout the design, reflecting the natural landscape.

Due to its vast scale as a “city within a city,” One Sanmar is expected to attract numerous residents, consumers, and tourists. Amid Chittagong’s rapid urban growth, the blend of commercial spaces, community areas, and lush mountain slopes create a harmonious coexistence.
