The system can analyze and compile these data points to generate relevant graphics and documentation. When one object in the model changes, all related elements are automatically updated to maintain the model’s integrity and robustness.
3) Consistency of Model Information: BIM ensures that data remains consistent throughout the different stages of a building’s lifecycle. This eliminates the need for repeated data entry. The model can evolve automatically, allowing objects to be easily modified or expanded at various phases without starting from scratch. This reduces errors caused by inconsistent information.
