The Jinwan Huafa International Business Center, designed by the global architecture firm 10 Design (part of the Egis Group), has been completed and is now operational. It is set to become a new landmark on Zhuhai Jinwan’s skyline and a key driver for the region’s economic growth.
Situated on a prime lakeside plot in Zhuhai Jinwan Aviation New City, the project covers a total built-up area of 172,033 square meters. This commercial complex consists of two towers and a four-story podium, combining hotels, offices, serviced apartments, and retail spaces into one integrated development.

The center is part of a master plan spanning approximately 3.8 square kilometers, complementing the surrounding residential, cultural, and commercial areas. The design is centered around a newly created artificial lake, which serves as both a cultural and commercial focal point, stimulating future development in the region.
This International Business Center marks the third project by 10 Design for Huafa Group in the Jinwan Aviation City area. It faces across the lake towards the Jinwan Aviation City Industrial Service Center and the Jinwan Huafa Business Center—two previously designed developments—creating a picturesque visual relationship between them.

The design draws inspiration from Jinwan District’s aviation heritage. The twin towers take the aerodynamic form of an airplane wing, featuring a simple, practical shape. The two towers are symmetrically positioned along an axis, with softly curved ends that create a slender, elegant silhouette through subtle concave contours.
Standing tall on the north bank of Jinsha Lake, the twin towers have become a new landmark for Jinwan Aviation New City. Additionally, their efficient, modular floor plans offer a practical framework for offices, hotels, and serviced apartments.

The towers are oriented to maximize views: facing south, they overlook Jinsha Lake, while the north-facing sides provide views of expansive urban green spaces. Positioned opposite each other, the twin towers frame the visitor’s line of sight from the site’s center toward the distant cityscape, emphasizing alignment with the north-south axis of the site.

The 210-meter main tower features a glass curtain wall that reflects the changing hues of sunlight throughout the day. At night, a vibrant lighting system highlights the building’s form, energizing the entire area. The serviced apartment tower is accented by an aluminum frame that serves both as a design feature and a passive shading device for the units.

The commercial and dining podium connects the two towers through a series of segmented blocks, creating a distinctive pedestrian street linking the north entrance plaza to the southern lakeside. Terraces within the podium form a flowing pedestrian route inside the building, offering ideal spots for sightseeing and several outdoor dining areas. These semi-open spaces encourage interaction between visitors and the waterfront green spaces, establishing a lively lakeside hub that attracts both tourists and locals. The main entrance to the Marriott Hotel is strategically located on the south side of the podium, allowing guests to immediately enjoy the lakeside view upon arrival.

The Jinwan Huafa International Business Center sets a new milestone in the development of Jinwan Aviation City. Its design defines the architectural language of the area, creating a vibrant gateway to the aviation city and a welcoming public space for both residents and visitors.
