Internationally renowned vacation brand AZULIK has announced its latest project in Tulum, Quintana Roo, marking a significant milestone in their creative and architectural expansion. The ‘Sculpture Residence’ is AZULIK’s first residential complex, described as a “new proposal focusing on lifestyle, luxury, and sustainability.” Designed by RothArchitecture, this development continues the brand’s signature aesthetic, where nature takes center stage and the user experience is paramount.

The AzulikUh May Art Center was the first project to unite the visions of RothArchitecture and AZULIK, bringing their shared ideas and intentions to life.
This residential complex aims to reinterpret traditional design and construction techniques commonly used in contemporary urban architecture. It offers a unique living experience that allows residents to fully immerse themselves in nature. Most notably, this project enables people to experience AZULIK as residents for the first time.
Located in Tulum, the residence expresses human emotions through a blend of local ancestral knowledge, nature, and art, fostering a deeper connection between people, themselves, and their environment. — Roth, CEO and founder of AZULIK

The residential spaces are designed to be open and flexible, thoughtfully integrating natural light, interior and exterior spaces, and the surrounding jungle landscape to cater to each resident’s needs. The architecture skillfully ensures that every home offers stunning jungle views, fully immersing inhabitants in the circular, dynamic environment.

The windows emphasize openness and welcome natural light, while carefully curated artificial lighting highlights the architectural forms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design features unique elements such as vine-inspired ceiling lights, elegant concrete details, natural textiles, and other refined touches, all combining to create a vibrant and welcoming home.

The AZULIK Residences project covers 1.5 hectares and includes four towers with a total of 88 apartments. The development offers wellness facilities such as jungle gyms and yoga studios, alongside a curated collection of art pieces from SFER IK Museion. Social amenities include restaurants, bars, swimming pools, boutique shops, and stoves.

The complex offers ten types of apartments, ranging from 90 to 300 square meters, giving residents ample choices. Each unit includes a private terrace; some feature rooftops, stoves, and diving platforms. RothDesign provides customized furniture along with curated decorations and artworks. The exceptional craftsmanship of AZULIK’s creative team shapes the brand’s iconic style, embodying the philosophy of slow living and ensuring the utmost comfort for all residents.
