3. Build a BIM Team. Form a dedicated BIM team aligned with the company’s development goals and management model. Define roles clearly and provide specialized training to develop BIM expertise.
4. Establish BIM Software and Hardware Environment. Allocate necessary software and hardware resources tailored to the BIM team’s requirements. Continuously adjust this environment as BIM applications evolve within the enterprise.
