(1) Drawing Review. BIM technology enables the creation of detailed 3D models, which are then used for drawing reviews. This process helps identify potential issues more easily and gives all participants a clearer understanding of the drawings. As a result, work efficiency and quality are significantly enhanced.

(2) Site Layout. Construction site constraints have made project organization and coordination more complex, leading to challenges such as limited space, complicated environments, environmental concerns, and various construction issues. Effectively planning temporary construction sites has become a major challenge. By leveraging BIM technology, a virtual 3D site map can be created. This allows for simulation of the site layout at each phase, based on the construction schedule, enabling a scientifically sound arrangement that helps control site costs and reduces secondary processing expenses caused by site limitations.
(3) 4D Construction Simulation. 4D construction simulation offers the ability to conduct virtual rehearsals through animated simulations. It specifically models and analyzes the entire construction process, allowing workers to fully understand the construction techniques. This approach aims to minimize quality and safety issues while boosting work efficiency.
(4) Clash Detection. Using BIM technology, clash detection can be performed early in the design phase on 3D models. This helps identify issues such as inadequate spacing between conflicting components before construction begins. Early detection enables design optimization, accelerates construction progress, reduces costs, and improves overall efficiency.
(5) 3D Technology Disclosure. For complex or critical parts of the construction process, BIM technology provides 3D visualization to clearly communicate construction methods to the workforce. This greatly enhances the quality of technical information disclosure and helps ensure that construction personnel fully understand the techniques required.
