Continuously gather relevant information from BIM models based on the owner’s requirements, taking charge of collecting, managing, and utilizing project data.

At the early stage of a project, the investment control department is primarily responsible for determining and reviewing the project’s budget. They collaborate closely with the design team to complete economic evaluations of the design proposals, monitor adherence to budget limits, and assess whether the investment stays within targets or if there is any surplus.
The progress control department oversees the daily project schedule, verifying if the progress aligns with the BIM implementation plan and identifying any delays along with their causes.
The quality control department ensures the accuracy and completeness of the project’s foundational database, focusing on the BIM model’s precision to meet requirements for design analysis, pipeline coordination, cost estimation, and more. This department also verifies the accuracy and validity of project issue reports and cost estimation documents.
The information control department is responsible for gathering and integrating project information, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders, and inputting data into the BIM model.
The contract control department manages subcontracting agreements for each project segment, ensuring proper oversight of contracts.
The personnel control department handles the efficient allocation of project staff, preventing situations where responsibilities are either neglected or duplicated.
All information from these various BIM team departments is consolidated into a unified model through BIM software by designated personnel, enabling coordinated planning and management of the project.
