Here are 8 important details to consider in the overall construction plan:
1. Has the absolute elevation at 0.000 been clearly marked?
2. Are the axes and overall dimensions of the outer contour indicated?
3. Is the number of floors specified?
4. Does the plan show the relationship to main roads and red lines?
5. Have the roads and landscaping been properly arranged?
6. Are the economic and technical indicators listed, including total land area, total construction area, number of parking spaces (mandatory for office buildings), building density, plot ratio, and green coverage rate (which should be between 35% and 50%, with adjustments made if not met)?
7. Is there a circular fire lane around the building with a minimum width of 4 meters and a chamfer radius of 12 meters at turning points?
8. Line types: Use a thick outer line and a thin line to represent the building outline. If there are local variations in the number of floors, indicate them with a thin projection line. Do not draw projections for stairwells that locally protrude above the roof.
