Here are 10 important details to consider in a roof plan:
1. Are the axis lines of the components to be positioned clearly labeled? Have any axes without positioned components been removed?
2. Is the roof elevation generally marked with the elevation of the structural layer?
3. Are the rainwater pipes located either in the center of the drainage zones or at the corners of the building? Does the spacing between rainwater pipes comply with practical requirements, typically between 18 and 24 meters?
4. Does the eaves projection shown on the roof plan match the eaves depicted in the sectional drawing?
5. If rainwater pipes pass through an overhanging corridor, are they installed along the wall rather than near the railing side?
6. At least one staircase must provide access to the roof. Is the staircase projection on the roof plan clearly indicated? Additionally, the threshold should be raised 300 millimeters above the roof surface to prevent water ingress. Is this threshold projection also shown?
7. Is the floor plan of the elevator machine room included?
8. Is there a detailed plan for local roof areas, such as the upper roof staircase or the elevator machine room roof?
9. Is an elevation shown for the gutter? Note that the drainage slope inside the gutter should be 1%.
10. Are the drainage slope and direction, as well as dividing lines and joints, clearly indicated?
