The BIM collaborative management platform utilizes models as the foundation to systematically organize and link each project phase. This approach enables seamless collaboration, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information throughout the project lifecycle. Components are defined according to project sub-items, facilitating connectivity and information sharing across management and on-site monitoring aspects, including technology, quality, safety, and progress. As a result, the platform significantly enhances project management efficiency.
Additionally, the platform’s data integrates with the Bridge Bureau’s cloud computing center, providing valuable evidence for subsequent construction management and operational maintenance. The core of BIM technology application lies in being model-driven, combined with comprehensive management processes and systems, to elevate the overall project management standards.

(1) Technical Quality Management: Related plans, drawings, disclosure documents, and other materials are uploaded to the platform and accessible via a mobile app, allowing users to review the entire engineering process. Components requiring testing are linked to process controls within the model, down to detailed engineering parts, creating a traceable record that can be reviewed anytime.
(2) Safety Management: During safety inspections, the inspection leader can annotate issues with text and photos directly on the platform. These reports are then sent to the responsible parties for prompt rectification.
(3) Progress Management: The platform supports 3D simulations of construction organization plans, enabling comparison between actual progress and the original schedule. Color coding within the model clearly indicates whether the construction is ahead, on track, or behind schedule.
(4) On-Site Monitoring: Critical project areas are equipped with surveillance cameras, which can be quickly accessed through the BIM platform to monitor on-site conditions in real time.
