Many believe that traditional design methods remain adequate for today’s projects. They view BIM Technology—including both hardware and software—as requiring substantial investments in time, materials, and finances. Without immediate visible results, some choose to delay adoption or avoid it altogether. Although this perspective is common, I hold a different view. Here, I want to share why I believe BIM should be embraced.

- Eliminates redundant repetitive tasks;
- Enables early detection of clashes and identification of potential issues through BIM models;
