Next, apply the crack. Open the crack folder and copy the vray-v51002_fix file.

Paste it into the plugins folder inside the 3ds Max 2022 installation directory, as shown.

Then copy the vray-v51002_max_fix file and place it into the 2022 version layout folder at the path shown below. The ProgramData folder is hidden by default; enable “Hidden Items” from the “View” menu to display it.

If you don’t have the 3ds Max 2022 version installed, paste the files into the corresponding path for your version:

Start the localization process by opening the “Sinicization” folder and copying all contents.

Extract the V-Ray material library downloaded from the cloud storage. If you opted to download the material library during installation, you can skip this step.

Copy the material library files and paste them into your Documents folder, typically located at:

Right-click in an empty area and paste.

If prompted, choose to replace existing files.

Open 3ds Max 2022 and press F10 to open the V-Ray settings window.
