This involved carefully summarizing practical experiences, referencing relevant international standards and advanced foreign standards, and gathering wide-ranging feedback to develop this standard.
General Provisions of the Building Information Modeling Construction Application Standard PDF Version:
1.0.1 This standard was established to implement national technical and economic policies, standardize and guide the application of building information models (BIM) during the construction phase, enhance construction informatization, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of information usage.
1.0.2 It applies to the creation, use, and management of building information models throughout the construction phase. All related activities must comply with this standard as well as other relevant national standards.
