BIM Architecture | K+Architecture/CBM

The evolving landscape of work, driven by intergenerational shifts and digital transformation, has reshaped traditional work methods worldwide — and Thailand is no exception. New workplaces have emerged recently to support the ongoing digital disruption. Consequently, the concept of a workplace has transcended the traditional office, becoming a creative environment designed to inspire, facilitate communication, and most importantly, foster connections.

K+ is a mobile application designed to adapt seamlessly to the digital world’s rapid changes. Since it exists as a digital product without a physical form, the design team envisioned the K+ identity as an architectural expression — transforming an intangible product into a tangible, visible space.

The concept behind K+Building centers on workplace exhibitions, creating architecture and spaces that users can intuitively navigate and understand. From the lobby, a central loop provides visual access to every part of the building. A large staircase serves multiple purposes: connecting different floors, providing a space for gathering, waiting, meetings, brainstorming, and acting as a social hub. This staircase invites users to explore and experience K+’s working environment firsthand. The vibrant activities in this area energize the atmosphere, with the dynamic interaction between people and space forming the building’s most distinctive feature.

The design invites people to explore K+ through the atmosphere and workspace. The building’s exterior features custom perforated aluminum composite panels and U-glass, reflecting the identity and technical character of the office. Inside, simplicity is emphasized through material choices and textures — from exposed concrete surfaces to steel and wooden grilles. Although technology-focused, the office exudes a warm and human touch.
