The building’s functional layout spans six floors, organized as follows:

  • 1st floor: Garage and rental shops
  • 2nd floor: Three small rental apartments
  • 3rd floor: Three large rental apartments
  • 4th floor: One master bedroom, two small apartments, and a living room
  • 5th floor: Kitchen and dining area
  • 6th floor: Owner’s personal office

Located close to the local market, the owner intended to rent out the first floor as commercial space while ensuring the upper floors maintain privacy and separation from the busy surroundings. To achieve this, H2 Architecture Firm enveloped the entire building with lush green trees and ventilation walls constructed from iron frames and cement boards.

The owner, who lives in Saigon and has a busy lifestyle, desired a home that feels like a true retreat. Each bedroom, kitchen, workspace, and bathroom is warmly lit with yellow lighting and features unique green plant arrangements to create relaxing, vacation-style spaces.

From the fifth floor, the owner enjoys a panoramic city view. The open kitchen on this level is designed to harmonize with the surrounding natural atmosphere. Miss Hoa’s living area is tucked behind gently curved concrete walls and enveloped by vegetable gardens and fruit trees, offering a serene contrast to the bustling kitchen filled with lively aromas.

The top floor serves as a private office for the owner. This space includes a small kitchen and a compact stepped outdoor staircase, contributing to a softer, more intimate atmosphere within the building.
