01 Venue
Our design begins with a people-centered approach, examining the site’s vitality from a broader perspective. Our goal is to create a unified, diverse, and cohesive space that is highly sustainable and adaptable to future development, making it the most dynamic area. This design is more than just a “ring”; it represents the site’s immense potential and the community’s aspirations for the future.

△ Overall Plan

△ Concept
Shared awareness guides future urban development. Community streets should incorporate more public spaces to connect residential, transportation, and living areas. This concept is actively implemented in this project.

△ Project Effect
The tall spiritual fortress on the left side of the main entrance’s front space serves as a strong symbol. The contrast between paving and asphalt is striking, while intriguing ground patterns guide visitors into the demonstration area.

△ Streamline Diagram

△ Entrance Space
The star track pattern begins at the parking lot’s ground design and flows through the entire demonstration area, inviting visitors to explore the “starry sea,” uncover unknown mysteries, and discover new patterns of community living together.

△ Parking Lot
This project highlights a pocket park within the future community, themed “Exploring the Starry Sea.” By studying spatial dimensions and the relationships of opening and enclosure, multiple landscape reconstruction modules are developed. These modules are applied to real future community spaces to create vibrant, joyful living environments and unique landscape landmarks.

Outdoor Living Room
This multifunctional venue includes a lawn, youth activity circle, and walking paths. A chandelier with a lasso design on the large circular ring illuminates the space like a starry sky.

The multifunctional lawns can transform into stages, weekend flea markets, lawn parties, or forest retreats depending on community needs, offering diverse platforms for residents to connect.

Micro-terrain design adds variety to activity spaces, while semi-enclosed areas provide a sense of security. Adjacent viewing stands serve as rest areas and observation points.

△ Vitality Outer Street
Guiding pathways and simple, pure plant layers create a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The central dry fountain adds a clean and minimalist touch.

02 Thinking
Historically, communities have often been isolated residential zones with minimal connection to the outside world. Our focus is on integrating communities with roads, blurring boundaries between neighborhoods and cities, and creating shared urban public spaces. This approach fosters coexistence between communities, cities, and businesses, establishing a thriving ecosystem that grows with the city’s pulse.

△ Urban Texture
The future community functions beyond just residential and transportation needs; it acts as a micro-city that connects individual homes to the broader urban fabric.
This exhibition area offers a glimpse into future composite community living, revitalizing neighborhoods and emphasizing the connections between residential zones, cities, streets, and future lifestyles. Rooted in local history and residents’ needs, the Chuangpu design team strives to create a community space filled with warmth and happiness.
03 Echoes
Since opening, the project has attracted daily visitors eager to experience the space.
As local residents ourselves, the Chuangpu Design team is proud to contribute to the community’s development and witness the city’s growth. Our carefully refined designs are transforming lives and perceptions, softening urban life and strengthening neighborly bonds. It brings us genuine joy and pride to create a place where everyone feels happy and fulfilled.
