The house design reflects the owner’s vision of a tranquil weekend getaway, surrounded by greenery, abundant natural light, and complete privacy. To achieve this, the design team adopted a layered strategy, dividing the house into two sections. This approach not only enhances privacy but also optimizes the space near the entrance.
Given the high activity and movement in this area, each balcony and staircase has been custom-designed. The variation between floors prevents repetitive routes and maximizes the efficient use of space.

In rapidly growing cities, roof spaces are often underutilized, and public parks tend to be distant from residential areas. To address this, the design team introduced a “terrace park” concept. This space allows family members to enjoy morning activities such as exercising or relaxing in the shade of rooftop trees without leaving home.
Thanks to the generous space available, the terrace park can also serve as a botanical garden, where vegetables and plants are cultivated for household consumption.

The balcony features red brick planters of various sizes, arranged in an organic, unordered fashion. This design enables planting throughout multiple areas of the house, ensuring the space remains lush and green, which promotes relaxation and reduces stress.
