This project is situated in the Chuanying District of Jilin City, bordered by Changchun Road to the south and Linjiangmen Square to the east. It is adjacent to the Songhua River, offering a superior environment.
The complete proposal spans 78 pages and includes an aerial view, renderings, elevation views, sectional views, design descriptions, analysis diagrams, and schematic illustrations.
Architectural Facade: The design favors modern, simple, and bright facades. Strategic use of glass in the high-rise shopping mall maximizes visibility of the external landscape, allowing passersby to see inside—especially important for restaurants.
LED display boards should be placed in optimal locations. Billboards should not be fixed outside the building. Instead, external advertisements are recessed 600mm to serve as well-lit “display windows” with high-quality lighting.
Special attention should be given to exterior lighting, which is often overlooked but vital for enhancing the building’s presence.
Utilization of Roof Space: The proposal includes roof gardens and landscaped terraces, designed as multi-viewpoint landscape nodes. These areas naturally integrate into the surrounding green ecological environment.
The roof spaces aim to enhance the commercial landscape by providing leisure and entertainment spaces for visitors.
