1. Exhibition Overview
The Zhengzhou Prefabricated Building and Green Building Technology Products Expo (Zhengzhou Construction Expo) aims to specialize and build a strong brand presence in the industry. 6. Exhibition Service Pricing

• Standard Booth: 8,800 RMB each
  Size: 3m x 3m, includes three-sided panels (2.5m high), company name header in Chinese, one standard socket, two spotlights, one consultation table, and two folding chairs.
  Additional 1,000 RMB for each double booth.
• Luxury Booth: 10,800 RMB each (see attached image)
  Size: 3m x 3m, includes standard booth setup plus raised header board and expanded image advertising on both sides of the front.
• Indoor Open Space: Minimum rental of 36 sqm at 900 RMB/sqm
  No equipment provided; exhibitors responsible for decoration.
  Special decoration management and electricity fees charged by venue are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
• Outdoor Open Space: Minimum rental of 30 sqm at 600 RMB/sqm

7. Important Notes for Participants

• After registration, please email your company logo and introduction to the organizing committee for audience organization and promotion.
• Booth allocation follows the principle of “first apply, first book, first pay, first confirm”. Co-organizers receive priority in allocation.
• Details regarding conference reception, exhibit transportation, and accommodation will be communicated separately through the “Membership Notice” or “Exhibition Handbook”.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to reassign a limited number of booths to ensure smooth event operation.
