This residence’s design centers on the connection between various spaces, recognizing that daily activities involve a combination of different areas. The double-height dining room serves as the heart of the home, acting as the primary gathering space. Positioned centrally, it links seamlessly with key functional areas: the living room, kitchen, staircase to the second floor, terrace, and the front lobby.
The double-height space on the second floor, which houses another dining area, organizes circulation paths leading to two upstairs bedrooms and provides a dedicated study area.

The existing vegetation on the site establishes a strong visual connection between the indoors and outdoors, integrating nature into the interior design. Key panoramic views, such as the stunning Mount Tramuntana and the internal site landscape, are framed by large openings, creating breathtaking scenery from within the home.
To ensure privacy, most of these openings are located at the rear of the house, overlooking the beautiful natural views. The design minimizes exposure to neighboring properties, with only a few windows facing them.

The home’s structure is visible throughout, serving as a defining characteristic of the interior space. It reveals the construction system and directly influences spatial layout and circulation. The structure features Marelli concave tiles supported by load-bearing walls and wooden beam slabs, complemented by T-shaped or L-shaped reinforced concrete beams.

The terrace adjacent to the house acts as an extension of the living space, reinforcing the project’s aim to establish a strong connection between the interior and exterior environments.
