■ Conference Overview
The Wuhan Prefabricated Building Exhibition, now in its 6th year, has grown into a major annual event for the prefabricated building industry in Wuhan. It regularly attracts leaders from the Hubei Provincial and Municipal Departments of Housing and Urban Construction, the Urban Construction Commission, and other relevant authorities who visit to provide guidance.
The previous exhibition drew renowned industry experts and expanded significantly, becoming the leading regional prefabricated building exhibition in central and western China. Prestigious companies including Lvyuan, Keyi, Sany, Zhongjian, Meimei, Jielong, Dahe, Furuimei, Yuhui, Baoye, Anzhong, Huxi, Jingjian, Longxin, Lvjian, Wujian, Chufeng, Kezhu, Natu, Dingrong, Zhongzhen, Sanmu Hesen, Walker House, Thirty One Villa, Duofu Home, Wantai Kesi, Huayuan, Gujing, New Earth, Shengshida, Zhengdao, Xinhonghua, Huaheng, Xushun, Liwubao, Wanao, Juhao, Yizhou, Haitian, Huotou, Chengchengzhi, Yinfeng, Meide, Meike, Qingde, and famous international and domestic enterprises such as Haosheng, Konle, Saixin, Ruisheng, Haocheng, Dingcheng, Changgong, Kangfu, Kaibo, Ruili, Heyifang, Kangman, Maokai, and the Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance exhibition group gathered together.
On-site, a series of forums were held, including the “2019 4th Prefabricated Building Development and Interior Industrialization Exchange Conference” and the “Hubei Province Prefabricated Building New Technology Seminar and Exchange Conference.” The exhibition also enhanced visitor convenience by continuing the “free bus shuttle, lunch, and accommodation package,” attracting nearly one hundred visiting groups from various Hubei cities and counties, including representatives from Housing and Urban Rural Development Commissions, Building Energy Conservation Offices, Construction Industry Associations, Real Estate Associations, and Design Institutes for observation and exchange.

The 2020 Wuhan Prefabricated Building Exhibition utilizes a database with tens of thousands of precise contacts and core buyers from previous editions. Invitations reach targeted audiences through call centers, SMS, new media platforms, QQ groups, and WeChat groups. The exhibition benefits from Wuhan Metro Line 6’s direct connection to the Wuhan International Expo Center, facilitating easy access for attendees.
Promotion and Publicity:
The event will be promoted extensively across professional online platforms such as the Construction Industry Modernization Network, Prefabricated Building Network, Steel Structure Industry Network, Wuhan Construction Information Network, as well as via association media, local mainstream outlets including Wuhan Evening News and Chutian Metropolis Daily. Over 1,000 pages of content will be published to maximize exposure. Additionally, promotions will be conducted in building material markets across Hubei and at similar exhibitions nationwide.
Visitor Support:
Building on the success of the previous exhibition’s “free bus shuttle, lunch, and accommodation” package, this year expects to arrange 100 buses to transport visitors from counties and cities throughout Hubei Province. This includes officials from building energy conservation offices, construction industry associations, real estate associations, survey and design associations, and large engineering firms. Free accommodations will be provided for visitors traveling from distant areas.

The exhibition will concurrently host multiple forums, including the 5th Prefabricated Building Development and Interior Industrialization Technology Exchange Conference 2020 and the 2020 Domestic and International Prefabricated Building Technology Experience Exchange Conference, among others.

This includes design concepts and integration technologies for demonstration housing, various prefabricated building systems, and low-carbon, environmentally friendly housing innovations.
2. Architectural Design: Scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design, component deepening design, design software, EPC software, and BIM consulting.
3. Manufacturing of Precast Concrete Equipment: Complete precast concrete equipment sets, PC automated production lines, concrete conveyors, fabric machines, vibration tables and control systems, mold handling machines and control systems, 3D curing kilns, steam curing temperature control systems, pre-curing systems, side force demoulding machines, transport flat cars, scrapers, mold cleaning machines, carding machines, CNC marking machines, spray release agent devices, shuttle cars, palletizers, flip machines, storage racks, supports, drive wheels and control systems, whole line control systems, mold tables, laser cutting machines, concrete mixing plants, PC building molds, heavy-duty forklifts, precast transport vehicles, heavy-duty tower cranes, etc.
4. On-site Construction: Building templates and accessories, scaffolding systems, prefabricated component support systems, installation tools, polyurethane sealants, and grouts.
5. Prefabricated Structural Systems: Steel structures, wooden structures, precast concrete structures, steel-wood composite structures, wall panels, floor slabs, roof panels, integrated bathrooms, decorative integrations, and more.

Integrated Houses: Wooden villas, modular wooden houses, bamboo and wood houses, light steel structures, color steel movable houses, modular lifting houses, folding box houses, container houses, new insulation sheds, antique buildings, mobile toilets, tents, sunrooms (including steel-wood, aluminum-wood, and steel-aluminum structures).
7. Interior Industrialization: Integrated bathrooms, integrated kitchens, integrated wall panels, integrated underfloor heating, integrated ceilings, smart home technologies, and more.
■ Participation Fees
1. The fee for a 9-square-meter international standard booth is RMB 7,200 per booth.
Indoor special booths (minimum 36 square meters) are charged at RMB 800 per square meter.
(Note: The standard booth includes three side panels, a company name fascia board, carpet, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. Please specify in advance if special electrical requirements are needed; additional charges will apply.)
Special booths do not include exhibition equipment or facilities. Management fees and utility charges imposed by the exhibition hall are the responsibility of the exhibitors.
2. Technical lectures are RMB 5,000 per 20-minute session.

■ Exhibition Procedures
1. Complete and seal the “Exhibition Contract,” then fax or scan it to the conference organizing committee.
2. Booth allocation is processed on a “first come, first paid, first served” basis.
3. Pay the booth fee within the agreed timeframe specified in the contract.
4. Provide a brief company introduction (around 300 words), logo, and exhibition photos for professional audience promotion.
5. Attend the exhibition as scheduled, following instructions outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.
