This apartment is designed specifically for single employees of the company. Recognizing that each individual has unique hobbies and lifestyles, the design aims to foster close relationships and a strong sense of community among residents.

Located within an established residential neighborhood, the building is divided into six volumes over three floors. The height of the structure is intentionally kept low to harmonize with the surrounding houses.

The Relationship Between Architecture and the Residential Area

▲ Six Interconnected Blocks
The buildings are arranged around a central courtyard, creating an open communal area called the “Public Place.” This space brings in natural light and ventilation, serving as a second living room for residents to interact. Within this area, two small private rooms and a shared kitchen have been incorporated.
The shared kitchen, which opens onto the public space through a large sliding wooden door, allows residents to cook and dine together, encouraging social connections.
