Golf courses are traditionally defined by the expansive open areas needed for individual houses and a variety of scattered trees of varying heights. The extensive lawn on the ground floor is only interrupted by sand traps and low-level vegetation. From this space, through the branches and leaves overhead, one can enjoy distant views of the ocean to the south and the mountain peak to the north.

The design features five white platforms stacked vertically, inviting exploration through different levels and offering varying perspectives of the surrounding landscape. The spaces created between these platforms provide room for both people and vegetation, blending hidden and exposed areas that define the character of the internal garden and the external residences.
