This private residence spans a total construction area of 1,000 square meters and is situated on a 7,000 square meter plot. Inspired by the owner’s passion for yachts, the design aims to evoke a sensation of floating and sailing over water.

The bioclimatic design of the residence embraces the refreshing influence of nearby water, while harnessing solar and geothermal energy. These elements come together to create a vibrant, modern, and environmentally friendly home.
