Issued by the Chinese Society of Cartography and the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
This certificate is divided into three levels:
– Level 1: BIM Modeler
– Level 2: Senior BIM Modeler
– Level 3: BIM Design Application Modeling Engineer
Level 1: BIM Modeler
Requirements: Complete 300 hours of study or have over one year of BIM-related work experience. No major distinction is required.
Level 2: Senior BIM Modeler
Requirements: Complete 600 hours of study or have at least two years of BIM work experience. Candidates must specialize in one of three majors: architecture, structure, or equipment.
Level 3: BIM Design Application Modeling Engineer
Requirements: Complete 850 hours of study or have over two years of BIM work experience. This level is subdivided into five application directions: architecture, structure, equipment, construction, and cost. (Note: This level is not yet available.)

It provides a comprehensive evaluation of BIM modeling, management, and strategic decision-making skills.
Exam Schedule: Held twice annually, in June and December, with a unified nationwide exam date. For college students, there is a dedicated application channel for BIM Modeling Technology certification, allowing separate exam scheduling through their college examination centers.
