Unfortunately, this narrow view hinders the broader adoption of BIM among property owners, leading them to underestimate its value and avoid investing significantly in it.
To address this, we explain the concept of BIM application to homeowners within its full scope. We emphasize that BIM represents a new way of thinking—one that is not only visually impressive but also highly practical and user-friendly. Homeowners need to understand how BIM can enhance their competitiveness and how applying BIM can lead to better outcomes when responding to market demands. By taking the lead in implementing BIM, homeowners can boost industry enthusiasm for BIM adoption. Those who have received quality BIM-related training will raise the competitive bar and be better equipped to collaborate effectively with design and construction teams.
