Exhibition Introduction
The China (Tianjin) International Green Building Industry Expo, also known as CIGBE Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Construction Expo, aims to promote green building concepts, technologies, and experiences. It encourages the application of new technologies, products, materials, and processes in green building materials. The event aligns with the growing trend toward green, ecological, healthy, and comfortable building materials and supports the ecological civilization reforms outlined in the 19th National Congress report.
With a focus on internationalization, specialization, branding, and scale, the expo prioritizes customer service and leverages a strong brand presence. It serves nearly a thousand domestic and international enterprises specializing in building energy conservation and new building materials.
Centered in Tianjin, the expo’s influence extends to more than 20 provinces and regions, including North China, Northeast China, and Northwest China. It offers a premier platform for companies to expand markets, develop distribution channels, and engage directly with decoration companies, real estate developers, and other supply-demand entities.
The 2018 CIGBE theme, “Adhering to Green Development and Building a Green Home,” emphasizes “Low Carbon, Environmental Protection, and Green” values. Exhibition areas include smart city construction, prefabricated buildings, building energy conservation, new building materials, doors, windows, curtain walls, building stones, flooring materials, decoration design, HVAC, and fresh air purification.
This year’s expo integrates resources with a concept centered on innovation, safety, ecological beauty, and comprehensive green building solutions. It attracts renowned exhibitors from 17 countries and regions worldwide. The event features six exhibition halls covering 50,000 square meters, hosting 800 exhibitors, and expects over 30,000 visitors.
The Green Building Expo aims to raise public awareness of green building trends and policies outlined in the country’s 13th Five-Year Plan. In 2018, Tianjin will accelerate the development of the “one place, three zones” strategy, further establishing itself as the leading construction and building materials exhibition in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Green Building Achievement Exhibition Area:
Showcases ecological design, real estate development, modern construction enterprises, green urban areas, and smart cities using images, models, and multimedia displays.
Green Prefabricated Building Exhibition Area:
Displays model houses built with modern architectural methods, various prefabricated building systems, concrete prefabricated parts and components, fully prefabricated structural engineering products, including heavy and light steel structures and grid membrane structures. Also features adhesives for prefabricated buildings, doors, windows, sealants, eco-friendly wooden buildings, wooden structural accessories, housing systems, and integrated houses.
Green New Building Materials Exhibition Area:
Highlights new wall insulation materials, green thermal insulation products, energy-saving curtain wall materials, integrated insulation and decoration systems, ceramic exterior wall composite insulation, dry mixed mortar and equipment, various insulation mortars, roofing and three-dimensional greening materials, wall equipment, brick machines, architectural coatings, industrial flooring, ground ecological road materials, urban landscaping, and other new building materials.
New Doors, Windows, and Curtain Walls Exhibition Area:
Features doors, windows, curtain walls, building sunshades, structural adhesives, hardware accessories, building glass, photovoltaic products, door control curtain wall hardware, and related supporting products.
HVAC, Fresh Air, and Purification Exhibition Area:
Includes air purifiers and accessories, HVAC equipment, fresh air systems, and central purification systems.
Green Building Stone Exhibition Area:
Displays slabs, decorative stones, imitation natural stone products, artificial stones, stone machinery and equipment, stone processing machinery, abrasives, grinding tools, stone raw materials, maintenance products, adhesives, and related technologies.
Green Building Waterproofing Systems:
Showcases tile materials, metal roofs, planted roofs, three-dimensional greening materials, lightweight sloping roof systems, solar roof systems, roof waterproofing systems, waterproof materials, polymer waterproof membranes, sealing joint materials, rigid waterproofing, and leak sealing materials.
Indoor Decoration Materials Exhibition Area:
Features decorative coatings, wallpapers, fabrics, ceramic sanitary ware, lighting, decorations, and other building decoration materials and companies.

Related Instructions
A. Booth includes 9 square meters of exhibition space, 2.5 meters booth height, fascia board with company name, one reception desk, two chairs, one 220V power socket, two fluorescent lamps, carpet, and cleaning service.
B. Bare land minimum rent is 36 square meters with no configuration; exhibitors must build their own booths. Additional management and electricity fees apply.
C. Booth allocation follows a “first apply, first pay, first arrange” policy.
D. Payments in USD can be made in Chinese Yuan at the daily exchange rate of the national foreign exchange trading market.

Participation Procedures
1. Exhibited products must have valid business licenses and legal qualifications for both producers and operators.
2. After selecting a booth, exhibitors must carefully complete the “Exhibition Application and Contract Form,” affix their official seal, and send it via fax or email to the organizing committee’s secretariat. The signed and stamped application is legally binding, and fax or photocopies are valid.
3. Booth allocation follows a first-come, first-served policy. The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth arrangements to ensure overall exhibition quality.
4. The organizing committee will provide the “Exhibition Handbook” covering schedules, transport, hotel accommodations, booth construction, and other details 30 days before the event.
