The Vanke Qibao 53# project is situated in Qibao Town, Shanghai. It is bordered by Caobao Road to the north, Qingnian Road to the south, Qishen Road to the west, and Minzhu Road to the east. The total construction area measures 239,526 square meters, including 127,750 square meters above ground and 111,776 square meters underground.
All above-ground spaces are designated for commercial use, featuring rental shops, amusement parks, cinemas, restaurants, and various other formats. Part of the underground level is also commercial space, connected directly to the north side of Line 9 and the west side of Line 17 subway stations.
The remaining underground floors—including the first underground level (outside the commercial area), as well as the second and third underground levels—are utilized as parking garages and house essential equipment rooms, warehouses, and logistics areas.
As Vanke’s first commercial project in Shanghai, this development is designed and constructed as a large shopping center.
