About the Exhibition

As a leading international exhibition for the prefabricated building (residential) industry in Guangdong Province, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo promotes the theme of “sustainability, health, and green.” It supports construction companies in exporting technologies and models globally and aims to provide a communication platform connecting domestic and international exhibitors, investors, planners, builders, operators, and buyers.

Exhibition Fees

Booth Configuration: Each booth measures 3m × 3m or 3m × 4m and includes 3 white fence panels (2.5 meters high), one negotiation table, two folding chairs, two fluorescent lamps, Chinese and English lintels, a garbage bin, carpet, and a 500W power socket. Deluxe booths come with unified luxury decoration to better showcase the exhibitor’s strength and image. Double openings incur an additional charge of 500 RMB.

Open Space Special Booths: Domestic enterprises pay 1300 RMB per square meter; overseas enterprises pay $280 per square meter. The minimum rental area is 36 square meters, excluding facilities. Exhibitors are responsible for their own design and decoration and must pay a special decoration management fee of 50 RMB per square meter as per exhibition hall regulations.

Exhibition Procedure

1. Confirm participation, select booth location, complete the “Exhibition Application Form” with an official seal, attach a copy of the business license, and submit to the organizing committee’s office.
2. Make payment within five working days after registration and send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee. Booths will not be reserved if payment deadlines are missed.
3. After booth confirmation, the organizing committee will send the “Exhibitor Handbook,” providing details on exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation, item rental, service staff, advertising, and application procedures.
4. During the exhibition, a unified exhibition fee will be issued by the organizing committee.
5. Booth allocation follows a “first apply, first pay, first allocate” policy, but the committee reserves the right to adjust booth assignments to ensure overall exhibition quality.

• Product, material, and technical service providers: manufacturers of energy-saving products, green building materials, technology integrators in intelligent and green buildings, and certification service organizations.
