Furthermore, by linking the BIM model with a Gantt chart and incorporating time data, a 4D model can be created to track whether the construction schedule is feasible. Adding cost data produces a 5D model, which assists cost managers in controlling expenses, streamlining traditional cost verification, and reducing labor costs.
