2) Proficiently use all functions of BIM application software including BIM browsers, BIM scheduling tools, and mobile BIM applications.
3) Manage BIM technology application tasks, such as BIM technical disclosures, schedule preparation and updates, quality, safety, and civilized construction management, BE engineering data input and extraction, and BIM data input into the I6 information platform.
4) Collect BIM application point data sources and ensure their accuracy.
5) Update BIM data in a timely manner.
6) Facilitate data exchange between the BIM platform and the IT I6 platform.
Mechanical and Electrical BIM Application Personnel (Can be concurrently held by mechanical and electrical professionals)
In addition to the responsibilities of civil BIM application personnel, mechanical and electrical BIM staff collaborate with the BIM center to carry out comprehensive pipeline optimization and related tasks.
Budgeter
1) Proficient in using BIM browsers (such as Luban BE software) to assist with budgeting tasks.
