Leverage the established 3D BIM model to support technical teams during design reviews. You can intuitively and realistically navigate through the model, visualize construction details, and perform collision detection. This allows for the early identification of design issues such as conflicts and clashes, facilitating collaboration with construction teams and design institutes to optimize the design and assist the construction site.

Unlike traditional 2D drawings, the 3D spatial model provided by BIM technology offers a realistic representation of the construction structure. BIM ensures better coordination and consistency between design and construction phases, enabling the detection of design errors and omissions before construction begins. Using the 3D visualization model enhances the drawing comprehension for relevant stakeholders. Prior to construction, visual communication and collaboration with involved parties enable timely feedback and corrections, helping to avoid costly rework and reduce expenses.
How to operate: Access the BIM5D computer model view interface and select the roaming button from the top menu bar. A model roaming settings panel will appear, allowing you to choose different character roaming options and generate export animations based on your needs. Once settings are configured, use the software to dynamically inspect the BIM model through roaming. This interactive approach allows technical personnel to express their observations more accurately and vividly, improving understanding and communication.
Through the roaming feature, you can adjust the character’s gravity settings and control movements such as walking forward, backward, left, and right. This enables inspection of both internal and external structural conditions to identify design errors, omissions, and structural collisions. Timely corrections made before construction help to avoid on-site rework and ensure a smoother building process.
