This process produces an initial construction progress plan, allowing users to access relevant parameters and the expected duration for each activity.
It is well understood that construction project scheduling, cost management, and resource allocation are closely interconnected. Therefore, after obtaining the initial schedule, it must be further optimized based on resource supply plans and cost management objectives to enhance its effectiveness.
Following this, allocate the required resources for each construction activity and monitor material consumption in real time during construction to ensure resources are distributed scientifically and efficiently. Once all activities have been assigned resources, Project software can automatically integrate unit and fixed costs of materials and other resources to estimate expenditures for each activity, resource, and the overall project.
