This paper compares and analyzes BIM+ technology with traditional enterprise management methods, proposing a management solution design approach based on BIM+. Enterprises adopting BIM+ technology management should adhere to the following three key principles:

1. Acceptability. An effective management method must be easily embraced by most internal and external personnel using it. Since employees at different positions and levels have varying interests, work habits, and attitudes towards new tools, it is crucial to consider their acceptance during implementation. The system should feature a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate, enabling even newcomers to quickly learn and master it.
2. Practicality. Practicality is the foremost requirement for any management plan. Before applying BIM+ technology, thorough analysis of the project’s and enterprise’s specific needs is essential. This includes integrating relevant budget data to select supporting technologies that enable optimized planning within the company’s financial capabilities. The management plan must effectively address real operational challenges faced by the enterprise to ensure successful implementation.
3. Ease of Promotion. A system with a high threshold for adoption limits its scope and value. Meeting user needs is fundamental for any management system. To maximize usage and benefits, it is important to actively promote and communicate the system’s features and advantages to the target audience, encouraging widespread adoption and support.
