Non-geometric data can be updated and accessed during design, construction, and operation stages, minimizing redundant files, improving efficiency, and lowering project costs.
3. Architectural Modeling Features: The core components of Revit are “family” files and “project” files. A “family” file serves as the foundation of a “project” file, which is a collection of one or more families. Within a project, assemblies are built by referencing these families, which can be reused multiple times and parameterized.
