The project is situated within a large public park, featuring bright and adaptable office spaces that surround an impressive atrium inspired by LEGO Group products.

The different sections of the building correspond to the surrounding LEGO facilities and the scale of the city of Billund. The design avoids uniformity, emphasizing diversity and playfulness, reflecting the wide variety of choices LEGO offers.

The cultural activity center, located on the first floor and called the “People’s House,” includes shared facilities for a wide range of social and sports activities. These include a sports arena, exhibition spaces, and hotel accommodations, creating an informal and inspiring atmosphere within LEGO Park.

The upper floors are dedicated to work and recreational activities designed to foster creativity and innovation among employees.

At the intersections of various buildings, small plazas featuring multicolored staircases serve as social hubs and wayfinding landmarks.

The building facades are designed to maximize natural indoor lighting while minimizing cooling demands.

This striking facade is inspired by large LEGO bricks, with two giant blocks forming the conference area at the top of the building.

The design also integrates buildings with public parks to create outdoor meeting spots, pedestrian paths, conversation areas, and recreational spaces. These features blur the lines between indoors and outdoors, further encouraging innovation.

Inside the building, greenery is abundant—ranging from green roofs in parks, courtyards, small gardens, and greenhouses to mini golf courses.

The green roof is constructed from durable materials that enhance biodiversity and facilitate rainwater collection for distribution to basins and lakes. This sustainable approach earned LEGO Park the strictest Danish energy certification in 2020.
