This ensures the correct positioning of BIM application, allowing gradual project integration, process improvement, and the achievement of strategic goals. Property owners typically set up their own BIM management teams or entrust professional BIM service companies to establish and manage these teams. BIM implementation is then carried out across various owner departments under the supervision of specialized BIM consulting services.
The degree of BIM adoption by enterprises can be understood along two dimensions: BIM application capability and BIM technology capability.
