This project is situated on a triangular plot at the outskirts of town, surrounded by mixed-use areas. On one side lies a small fruit grove, while a narrow dirt road borders the other side. The main facade of the house faces the street.

The house’s geometric form follows the triangular shape of the plot. The exterior of the main lower section is constructed with stone, giving it a solid and heavy appearance. Above, the smaller block contains a thermocline space. This design reinterpretation draws from traditional thick stone walls, firmly enclosing the living areas within.

The interior layout is thoughtfully designed to connect with natural light throughout the day. Residents can watch the sunrise from the bedroom, enjoy views of the surrounding landscape through high windows on the south wall in the kitchen, living room, study, and dining areas, and experience the sunset’s glow through a long rectangular window on the western wall. The entrance is positioned on the north side, with the garage, laundry, and storage areas acting as buffers against colder external temperatures.

The living room opens up to the upper level, creating a separation between social and private spaces. A suspended staircase leads to a small platform above, designed as a library. From the southeast corner window of the attic, the green roof—covered with vegetation—is visible. This green layer acts as thermal insulation, protecting the space beneath.

The internal steel structure is lightweight, allowing for transparent and unobstructed indoor spaces. Equipment and facilities are separated from the daily living areas and are discreetly concealed beneath the first-floor flooring.
