BF Home is situated on a unique, flat plot within a mountainous area of the city. Given this setting, the owner opted for a single-story residence that maximizes the garden’s benefits. To preserve the garden’s integrity, an underground garage was incorporated. The house is designed in an “L” shape, positioning the garden adjacent to a significant mountainous landscape behind the home.

The main design principle focuses on functionality and visual openness. Social areas are arranged openly, ensuring clear connections between spaces, with more subtle links elsewhere.

Bedrooms are aligned linearly along the long side of the “L” shape, with the master bedroom at the far end. Family rooms, which are used less frequently, are located on a separate level, away from the main living areas.

The design concept emphasizes transparency in the vertical surfaces of the social areas. Where privacy is needed, opaque walls are used, complemented by glass panels at the top and bottom edges. This design maintains a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor gardens and spaces.
